The only reason rates have gone & stayed so low is bc inflation nowhere to be found the past decade. Very probable that is going to change given obvious tailwinds incoming (+ fiscal + monetary policy). Assets are priced off rates, so rate rise in response to inflation will affect how assets are priced across the board (negatively)
